We’re excited to share that Dr. Vic Strecher, founder and CEO of Kumanu, will deliver a keynote presentation at the 2025 Art & Science of Health Promotion (ASHP) Conference. The event, presented by the Wellness Alliance—a collaboration between the Wellness Council of America (WELCOA) and the National Wellness Institute—in partnership with the International Foundation of Employee Benefit Plans (IFEBP), will take place April 2–4, 2025, in Scottsdale, Arizona.
Vic’s keynote, titled "The Future of Us: Generational Perspectives on Hope, Purpose, and Belonging," will explore how purpose can serve as a unifying force across generations, help individuals and organizations navigate uncertainty, and support sustainable well-being.
Drawing on behavioral science, neuroscience, and his own journey, Vic will outline how hope and belonging—grounded in personal and shared purpose—can lead to healthier outcomes, deeper engagement, and stronger communities at work and beyond.
The ASHP Conference brings together leaders in population health, organizational well-being, and health promotion. Vic’s address will speak to a central challenge for today’s leaders: how to create cultures that honor generational diversity while nurturing a shared sense of meaning.
This message is at the heart of Kumanu’s work and the Purposeful platform: giving people the tools to connect with what matters most, navigate change, and build purpose-driven lives and workplaces.
