Robert E. Quinn is a recognized pioneer in the field of organizational behavior and a leading voice in purpose-driven leadership. He is the Margaret Elliott Tracy Collegiate Professor Emeritus at the University of Michigan’s Ross School of Business and a co-founder of the Center for Positive Organizations. Throughout his distinguished academic career, Robert has focused on transformational leadership, cultural change, and how organizations and individuals can unlock their highest potential through purpose and integrity.
